The space
Thoughtfully designed with larger families and groups of friends in mind, the house is perfect for getting together (but also perfect if you want to find a quiet corner!)
Entering from the rear of the property, you’ll park in the lock up garage. There's parking for one vehicle with the option to pre-arrange permit parking for other vehicles on the street. In the garage you'll find the washing and drying facilities. As you walk through the outdoor space you'll enter straight into the family snug; a great space to hang out. The kids (and big kids!) will enjoy the playstation 4, Smart TV and a selection of games. As you pass the cloakroom on the right, you’ll make your way through to the very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven and walk in cupboard with further hanging space (and more toys for our youngest guests).
Through into the dining room which comfortably seats 8 then into the stylish sitting room with enough room for family and friends to unwind and relax by the fire. Catch up on the events of the day, watch TV or pick a book from the bookshelf and curl up on the sofa!
As you come up onto the first floor, you’ll find two stylish and comfortable bedrooms with king size beds, hanging/drawer space and mirror/dressing tables. The third bedroom on the first floor has European sized bunk beds (slightly longer than standard bunk beds) which are comfortable for both children and adults. You’ll also find a modern and spacious shower room on the first floor with wash basin, lavatory and bidet.
Next, continue down the hallway, passing a large cupboard with more hanging/storage space and head up to the master suite through its own separate doorway. It really is a sanctuary at the top of the house with stunning views over the bay. The bed can either be configured as super-king or two singles and again, there is plenty hanging and drawer space. You’ll also find the en-suite with bath, wash basin and lavatory.
